Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

1. Mr. Luis Blanco Dávila, Spain, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG on December 12, 2012, that his percentage of voting rights in SYGNIS Pharma AG rose above the thresholds of 3% and 5% on December 11, 2012 and amounts to 6.21% (580,186 voting rights versus to a total amount of 9,349,724 voting rights) as per this date.

2. Genetrix Life Sciences, A.B., Uppsala, Sweden, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG on December 10, 2012, that its percentage of voting rights in SYGNIS Pharma AG rose above the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% on December 6, 2012 and amounts to 65.09% (6,085,664 voting rights versus to a total amount of 9,349,724 voting rights) as per this date.

3. Genetrix S.L., Tres Cantos, Spain, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG on December 10, 2012, that its percentage of voting rights in SYGNIS Pharma AG rose above the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% on December 6, 2012 and amounts to 65.09% (6,085,664 voting rights versus to a total amount of 9,349,724 voting rights) as per this date. According to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG the voting rights are allocated to Genetrix S.L. The allocation is due to the companies controlled by Genetrix Genetrix S.L. with voting rights of each company of 3% or more: Genetrix Life Sciences, A.B.
