On November 16, 2012, Mr. Guofeng Yang, Republic of China, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that his percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, amounted to 76.35% (9,009,000 voting rights) as of November 9, 2012, the day on which Firstextile AG's shares were admitted to trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Of these voting rights, 76.35% (9,009,000 voting rights) are attributed to Mr. Guofeng Yang pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are controlled by Mr. Guofeng Yang and whose holdings of voting rights amounts to 3% each or more in Firstextile AG.
