Eagle Pharmaceuticals Prices IPO Of 3.35 Mln Shares At $15, Midpoint Of Range

(RTTNews) - Eagle Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing injectable products, announced that it has priced initial public offering of 3.35 million common shares at $15.00 per share, the midpoint of the estimated range of $14 to $16. The offering is expected to close on February 18, 2014.

The Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey-based company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 502,500 shares of common stock.

Eagle Pharmaceuticals, which was founded in 2007, plans to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "EGRX" on February 12.

Piper Jaffray and William Blair are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
