Dun & Bradstreet Reports Q2 Adj. EPS Of $1.47 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Dun & Bradstreet Corp. (DNB) reported that its second-quarter net income attributable to shareholders decreased to $49.9 million, from $57.5 million, prior year. Earnings per share was $1.35, compared to $1.44, last year. Earnings per share before non-core gains and charges for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 were $1.47.

On average, seven analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $1.35 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Core revenue was $393.0 million, up 2% both before and after the effect of foreign exchange, as compared to the prior year similar period.
