Donnelley Marketing Releases Upgraded Cluster Segmentation Product: The Donnelley Cluster Spectrum

The Donnelley Cluster Spectrum, a segmentation scheme that characterizes households based on their similar attributes, buying patterns, and behaviors, consists of 51 unique clusters. They are built at the household level using consumer, lifestyle, behavioral and census information. This segmentation tool is now available for multiple applications including DQI(3) consumer database list rental, file installations and customer file overlays.
    The clustering technique is not new to direct marketing, but the ability to identify like households at the household level is.
