Distinguished Senior Advisor, K. Brian Horton, Joins American Business Bank

AMERICAN BUSINESS BANK (OTCQX: AMBZ) today is pleased to announce that K. Brian Horton has joined the Bank as a Senior Advisor. In this role, Horton will be assisting the Bank with strategic issues as well as working with existing clients and developing new relationships. Prior to joining the Bank, Horton was President and Director of California United Bank and 1st Enterprise Bank, which he co-founded in 2006. Horton also spent 18 years at 1st Business Bank, where he worked closely with many of the senior officers of American Business Bank.
