Digital Realty Trust CEO Michael Foust Departs - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR) Monday said Michael Foust has departed as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective immediately. William Stein, CFO and Chief Investment Officer, has been elected to replace Foust, on an interim basis.

The board said it plans to retain a leading executive search firm to immediately begin a search for a successor. A Transition Committee, comprised of independent board members William LaPerch and Robert Zerbst, has also been to appointed to ensure a smooth transition.

Foust will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors until the company's annual meeting in April.
