Content of the resolution adopted: On Item No. 1 of the agenda: 'On terminated participation in Association self-regulated organization 'Alliance of energy facilities builders 'Neftegazstroy-Alians' the Board of Directors resolved: 1.1. To terminate participation of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' in Association self-regulated organization 'Alliance of energy facilities builders 'Neftegazstroy-Alians' (hereinafter referred to as Association SRO 'Neftegazstroy-Alians'). 1.2. Vest Director General of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' Bogdanov Vladimir Leonidovich with authority to take all necessary actions related to termination of participation of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' in Association SRO 'Neftegazstroy-Alians'.
