Tele Columbus AG: Release according to Section 26 para. 1 WpHG (the German Securities Trading Act) with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

Notification pursuant to Section 27a para. 1 WpHG

Pursuant to Section 27a para. 1 sen. 1 WpHG, Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft, Montabaur, Germany, Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH, Montabaur, Germany, and Mr. Ralph Dommermuth, Montabaur, Germany, have informed Tele Columbus AG, Goslarer Ufer 39, 10589 Berlin, Germany, by letter dated 23 March 2016, registered as received on the same day, of the following, thereby referring to United Internet Ventures AG's exceedance of the voting right thresholds of 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% on 9 March 2016 and attributable to them pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG:

1. Aims underlying the purchase of the voting rights

a) With respect to the objectives of the acquisition reference is made to the notification of United Internet AG and United Internet Ventures AG pursuant to Section 27a WpHG. Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft, Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH and Mr. Ralph Dommermuth, who acquired the voting rights by attribution only, do not pursue own objectives.

b) There is no intention of obtaining further voting rights within the next 12 months, either through purchase or by any other means, notwithstanding any acquisition by attribution of voting rights. Reference is made to the notification of United Internet AG and United Internet Ventures AG pursuant to Section 27a WpHG.

c) There is no intention of exerting an influence on the appointment of Tele Columbus AG's administrative, managing or supervisory bodies, which exceeds the intended influence by United Internet AG and United Internet Ventures AG. Reference is made to the notification of United Internet AG and United Internet Ventures AG pursuant to Section 27a WpHG.

d) There is no intention to significantly alter the capital structure of Tele Columbus AG, in particular as regards the ratio between own funds and external funds. Also with respect to this, Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft, Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH and Mr. Ralph Dommermuth, who acquired the voting rights by attribution only, do not pursue own objectives. Reference is made to the notification of United Internet AG and United Internet Ventures AG pursuant to Section 27a WpHG.

2. Origin of the funds used to purchase the voting rights

The voting rights were acquired by attribution pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG only. On behalf of Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft, Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH and Mr. Ralph Dommermuth neither own nor external funds were used.
