Veröffentlichung gemäß § 27a Abs. 2 WpHG mit dem Ziel der europaweiten Verbreitung

Der Gesellschaft ist folgende Mitteilung durch

Herrn Gary Millin / Londonderry Holdings, LLC, New York, USA zugegangen:

Notification pursuant to sec. 27a WpHG

Dear Sirs,

We have notified you on 11 June 2014 that the 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% thresholds of voting rights in your company were crossed. Currently we hold 29,91% of the voting rights in your company.

Against that background we would like to inform you as follows as requested by sec. 27a WpHG:

a) Our current objective of the investment is to pursue a long term financial investment and to implement strategic goals. At the time it is not intended to make trading profits from the investment.

b) We are not planning to obtain further voting rights in Neschen AG through acquisition or otherwise within the next twelve months.

c) In its capacity as strategic shareholder of 29,91% of the voting rights, Londonderry Holdings aims to be appropriately represented on Neschen's Supervisory Board.

d) Londonderry Holdings will support the changes in the capital structure of Neschen AG, which are required for the restructuring. We understand the new creditor Sandton Financing III (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. wants to restructure the balance sheet to have a proper and sustainable capital structure. We support their efforts.

e) The acquisition of the voting rights was financed with its own funds.
