Investmentgesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, Bonn, Germany informed us on July 13, 2016 pursuant to section 27a (2) WpHG that there had been a change of intentions in point 3 as reported on August 16, 2011. Apart from that the stated objectives remain unchanged in their essence.

1. Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV considers the shareholding in KROMI Logistik AG as a long-term investment. In the long term, the investment is used to realize trading profits. The investment does not serve strategic goals.

2. Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV does intend to obtain further voting rights by acquisition or any other way in the next twelve months. Especially in the course of a voluntary public takeover offer, which was announced on June 16, 2016 pursuant to § 10 (1) sentence 1 WpÜG, a further acquisition of voting rights could take place. Additional acquisitions - after the expiration of the takeover offer - remain reserved.

3. Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV does intend to influence the composition of the issuers' supervisory board. Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV does not intend to influence the composition of the issuers' administration or management board.

4. Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV does not intend to change the capital structure of the company, especially with regards to the ratio of internal / outside financing and the dividend policy.
