UNIWHEELS AG with "IPO of the Year" prize awarded by financial daily "Parkiet" Prize in "IPO of the Year" category has been awarded during annual "Bulls and Bears" Gala organized in Warsaw by "Parkiet" daily Bad Dürkheim, 17th March 2016

"Bulls and Bears" awards are given annually to the best companies listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as to the institutions and organizers of the capital market. Awarding of statuettes aims to honor and promote companies, institutions and professionals who contribute to development, propagation and expansion of the capital market. "Bulls and Bears" awards are organized by "Parkiet Gazeta Gieldy", the stock market financial daily.

UNIWHEELS AG received its award in the category "Debut of the Year", after successfully completing the IPO in Warsaw in May 2015. Total value of the offering amounted to over PLN 500 mln. Since the debut, UNIWHEELS stock price increased by over 27% from the IPO price of PLN 105 to the current price of approx. PLN 134. Enormous

Market capitalization of UNIWHEELS AG as of March 11, 2016 reached PLN 1.660 mln (EUR 388 mln). Free float is 38.7%.

Recently Warsaw Stock Exchange informed that UNIWHEELS AG shares will be included in the midcap mWIG40 index, effective from March 21st, 2016. Up to this date shares are included in the small cap index sWIG80.
