ROK Stars PLC Announce JP's Nevada Trust Completes Acquisition of Aktienbrauerei Kaufbeuren Aktiengesellschaft (AG).

ROK Stars PLC, the consumer products company co-founded by U.S. billionaire John Paul DeJoria and U.K. entrepreneur Jonathan Kendrick, which acquired the majority interest in the brewing assets and beer business of Aktienbrauerei Kaufbeuren in 2013, has announced John Paul DeJoria's JP's Nevada Trust has completed the acquisition of 91.54% of the property and asset portfolio of Aktienbrauerei Kaufbeuren A.G. from Hopfen Und Malz Gesellschaft Buergerlichen Rechts.

Assets held by the A.G. include a portfolio of hotels, inns and restaurants as well as land.

Commenting, ROK Stars Chairman Jonathan Kendrick said "Since 2013, when we re-branded Aktienbrauerei Kaufbeuren as 'ABK - Since 1308' to make a push for sales outside Germany for our award-winning beers, we now seeing close to 30% of the beer we brew being exported, mainly to the US, China, the UK, Spain and Italy where beer enthusiasts really appreciate our 700 year brewing tradition and heritage. For John Paul's Nevada Trust to have acquired the controlling interest in the property assets of the business, we are further empowered and streamlined to continue the growth of the company and to further spread the brand internationally."
