As joint representative for the bonds 2014/18 (WKN: A12UAE / ISIN:

DE000A12UAE0) and 2015/17 (WKN: A14J4G / ISIN: DE000A14J4G3) of Steilmann

SE, One Square Advisory Services GmbH informs, that the bondholders' claims

for repayment of capital and interest have been filed with the insolvency

administrator. In case individual bondholders also file such claims with

the insolvency administrator, the insolvency administrator will reject the

bondholders filing due to double filing.

In the creditors' meeting on 7th September 2016 at 10 a.m. (entrance from 9

a.m.) at the local court Dortmund (room 1.101., Amtsgericht Dortmund,

Gerichtsstrasse 22, 44135 Dortmund) the insolvency administrator Dr.

Kebekus will report on the status of the insolvency proceedings and the

creditors will take a decision on the continuation of the insolvency

proceedings (Berichtstermin).

The elected joint representatives will exercise the bondholders' rights in

this creditors' meeting according to Sec. 19 para. 3 German Bond Act

(Schuldverschreibungsgesetz). One Square Advisory Services GmbH will then

report the outcome to the bondholders.

At the instigation of One Square Advisory Services GmbH, the court will

grant visitor rights to bondholders who are interested in attending this

meeting. Interested bondholders will have to show a current deposit

certificate and a legitimate ID at registration on the day of the

creditors' meeting.

Bondholders who wish to attend are kindly asked to register with One Square

Advisory Services GmbH by email at steilmann@onesquareadvisors.com prior to

the meeting, so that the attendance can be communicated to the court.

Please note that such a registration is not mandatory and you can also

attend if you have not registered before.
