General Meeting resolves capital reduction

Berlin, 19 February 2018. At today's Extraordinary General Meeting of mybet Holding SE (ISIN DE000A0JRU67), a resolution was adopted to implement a capital reduction. The shareholders approved by a large majority the proposal of the Management and the Supervisory Board for an ordinary reduction of the company's share capital pursuant to Sections 222 ff. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) by consolidating the company's shares. To this end, the company's share capital will be reduced by consolidating its shares in a ratio of 4:1, from EUR 25,584,924.00 to EUR 6,396,231.00. The articles of association of mybet Holding SE will be amended accordingly.

The ordinary capital reduction is intended to offset the company's accumulated losses.
