mybet Holding SE: Next hearing date in Westlotto proceedings on January 25, 2017

Berlin, September 9, 2016. The Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf has set the next hearing date in the proceedings SWS Service GmbH against Westdeutsche Lotterie GmbH & Co. OHG on January 25, 2017. In mid of July 2016 these so called Westlotto proceedings had been referred back to the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf for retrial after a revision by the Cartel Panel of the German Federal Supreme Court. Subject to the proceedings are potential damage claims of SWS, a subsidiary of mybet Holding SE, due to a cartel infringement by Westlotto. The original decision by the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf in April 2014 had awarded to SWS damage claims with a volume of EUR 11.5 million plus interest.
