Lloyd Fonds AG looks to resume dividend payments

- Consolidated net profit of EUR 1.6 m for financial year 2015 reaffirmed

- Dividend yield of around 4 %

Hamburg, June 7, 2016. The Management Board and Supervisory Board will put forward a motion to the Annual General Meeting to pay out a dividend of 7 cents per share. This was decided at today's meeting at which the balance sheet was approved. In the financial year 2015 Lloyd Fonds AG generated a consolidated net profit of EUR 1.6 m and thus a profit figure for the third consecutive year. The provisional result published on April 19, 2016 has thus been confirmed.

The net retained profit stated in the financial statements at December 31, 2015 comes to EUR 1,235,107.72. Lloyd Fonds AG has share capital entitled to dividend of EUR 9,156,642. The dividend volume totals EUR 640,964.94. The stockholders receive a dividend yield of around 4 percent (closing quotation June 6, 2016: EUR 1,81). The remaining net retained profit of EUR 594,142.78 will be added to retained earnings to strengthen the capital position further. The detailed further results of Lloyd Fonds AG and the outlook for the current financial year will be released tomorrow, together with the publication of the annual report. The Annual General Meeting will be held on July 20, 2016 in Hamburg.
