KTG Energie AG's corporate rating set to (watch)

Hamburg, 8 June 2016 - Creditreform Rating has set KTG Energie AG's corporate rating of BB+ to (watch) as part of its monitoring activities. In a press release issued on June 6, 2016, the parent company KTG Agrar SE announced payment default on interest relating to the loan 2012/2017 (ISIN DE000A1H3VN9). As KTG Agrar SE did not provide sufficient information in relation to this matter, the company's rating was suspended. The financing relationships between the two companies are being verified for changes since the last rating of KTG Energie AG due to the latest development as well as corporate governance risks. The corporate rating of the parent company KTG Agrar SE has significant influence on that of the subsidiary KTG Energie AG which has been set to (watch) on this basis.
