ISARIA Wohnbau AG announces delisting

31 August 2016 - ISARIA Wohnbau AG ("ISARIA") announces that the withdrawal of the admission of the ISARIA shares (ISIN: DE000A1E8H38) for trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt stock exchange ("Delisting") has become effective on 30 August 2016 at the end of the day. At the same time the trading in ISARIA shares ended.

ISARIA notes that the additional acceptance period for the voluntary public takeover offer and compensation offer ("Offer") by LSREF4 ARIA Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG ("LSREF4"), an affiliate of Lone Star Real Estate Fund IV (U.S.), L.P. and Lone Star Real Es-tate Fund IV (Bermuda), L.P., has started today and will end on 13 September 2016, 24h (CET). Shareholders who would like to accept the Offer and tender their ISARIA shares into the Offer are advised to consult their respective custodian bank. The Offer can also be ac-cepted for the new ISARIA shares (ISIN DE000A2BPRY4) resulting from the capital increase executed in August 2016.
