Andreas Steyer and Prof. Dr. Martin Meißner are joining the board. Mr. Steyer is a member of the Managing Board of CONSUS Real Estate AG and was appointed to the Supervisory Board to replace Dr. Jürgen Büser who passed away recently. Prof. Dr. Meißner is a lawyer and partner with the law firm Reed Smith LLP, and is replacing Dr. Sebastian Glock on the Supervisory Board, who resigned from his office with effect from midnight on 28 February 2018 for personal reasons.
