Cologne, Frankfurt, 29 March 2016. DO Deutsche Office AG ("Deutsche Office", symbol: PMOX, ISIN: DE000PRME020) announces the signature of a new lease for its asset in Platz der Einheit 1 (KASTOR TOWER), Frankfurt.

The new tenant will lease up approximately 5,600 sqm of office and ancillary space. The lease will start on June 15, 2016 and reduce the vacancy in the 30,600 sqm building from 71% to 53%. The KASTOR building is one of the landmark buildings in the portfolio of Deutsche Office.
