Voting results Annual General Meeting of Braas Monier

Luxembourg, 10 May 2017. All items on the agenda of today's Annual General Meeting of Braas Monier Building Group S.A. were agreed. The resolutions of the agenda were passed with the following voting results:

- Approval of the stand-alone annual accounts of the Company
for the financial year ended on 31 December 2016: 100.00%

- Approval of the consolidated financial statements of the Company
for the financial year ended on 31 December 2016: 100.00%

- Allocation of results and acknowledgement of the dividend payment
in relation to the financial year ended on 31 December 2016: 100.00%

- Discharge to all the Directors of the Company
who were in office during the financial year ended on 31 December 2016: 100.00%

- Election of members of the Board of Directors.
