DGAP-News: Amatheon Agri Holding N.V. / Key word(s): Change of Personnel/Bond Amatheon Agri Holding N.V. (the "Company") announces the successful repayment of its 8.5% up to EUR 50,000,000 bond (ISIN NL0010418794) due April 2018 in full.
The Company also announces the resignation of Ms Yukiko Omura from its Supervisory Board effective 13 April 2018. Ms Omura has served on the Company's Supervisory Board since 8 December 2014 and her resignation was prompted by her appointment to the board of HSBC Bank plc and subsequent competing time commitments. The Company's Supervisory Board has identified new candidates and intends to propose these to a General Meeting of Shareholders imminently.
