(ISIN LU1072910919, 3W9K), the holding company of AEG Power Solutions Group, hereby announces the following change in the composition of its Board of Directors. Upon retiring, Keith Corbin stepped down from his position on August 18, 2017. Paul van der Harten, who assumed the position of CFO on July 1, 2017 has been appointed to fill Keith's position.

The Directors and the Company would like to thank Keith Corbin for his commitment and to commend him for the contribution he made over the 9 years of his Board membership.
