Mutares AG decides on share buyback program in the amount of up to 3 million Euro

Munich, June 1, 2018 - The Management Board of Mutares AG (ISIN: DE000A0SMSH2) decided today with approval of the Supervisory Board to launch a share buyback program of up to EUR 3 million (excluding incidental acquisition costs) using the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on May 22, 2015 ("Share Buyback Program 2018/I"). In the period from June 1, 2018 to July 15, 2018, a total of up to 283,019 treasury shares are to be repurchased under the 2018/I share buyback program.

The share buyback will take place in accordance with the safe harbour provisions of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 in conjunction with the provisions of Commission Delegate Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016.

Further details will be announced separately by the Company before the start of the 2018/I share buyback program.
