Announcement of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange regarding admitted revocation of trading of Tantalus shares in the market segment "Primärmarkt" of the Open Market of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange and the applied termination of listing of Tantalus shares in the general Open Market of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange

Munich, 25 October 2016

As of today the Management Board of Tantalus Rare Earths AG has received a letter from Düsseldorf Stock Exchange - the institution responsible for the market segment "Primärmarkt" of the Open Market of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange - announcing that the admittance of shares of Tantalus Rare Earths AG (ISIN DE000A1MMFF4) in the market segment "Primärmarkt" of the Open Market of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange will be revocated with the expiry of 30 November 2016. The shares will then be included into the general Open Market of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange by 1 December 2016.

As of today the Management Board of Tantalus Rare Earths AG has received a letter from Düsseldorf Stock Exchange - the institution responsible for the general Open Market of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange - announcing that the admittance of shares of Tantalus Rare Earths AG (ISIN DE000A1MMFF4) in the general Open Market of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange will be terminated with the expiry of 31 May 2017. In addition, Düsseldorf Stock Exchange has made clear that this grace period shall not be shortened. Thus, the delisting of shares of Tantalus Rare Earths AG ex officio should not be appropriate from their point of view.
