CompuGroup Medical SE was informed today, that the Board of Directors of Agfa-Gevaert NV has resolved to enter into non-exclusive discussions with CompuGroup Medical SE concerning a potential takeover of Agfa-Gevaert NV by CompuGroup Medical SE and to allow CompuGroup Medical SE to conduct a (however limited) due diligence. The Management Board of CompuGroup Medical SE points out that the implementation of the transaction is still uncertain and dependent on different conditions being met, inter alia the verification of different assumptions and the execution of financing agreements.
