DBV Announced Results of its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders  

Adoption of all resolutions submitted to the vote of Shareholders

DBV Technologies (Euronext: DBV - ISIN: FR0010417345 - Nasdaq Stock Market: DBVT), a clinical-stage specialty biopharmaceutical company, held today its Combined Shareholders' Meeting, which was chaired by Pierre-Henri Benhamou, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
