"We are extremely happy to have Mary bring her extensive experience in human resources, specifically for the software industry, to Datawatch," said Michael Morrison, president and chief executive officer for Datawatch.  "As we continue to expand Datawatch's operations globally, through both organic and inorganic opportunities, like our recently announced intention to acquire Panopticon AB, it is imperative that we maintain a healthy culture for our employees.  Mary brings a unique set of skills to help us ensure that Datawatch continues to be an exciting and satisfying place to work."

"Datawatch has an outstanding team in place and a unique opportunity in the marketplace," said Ms. Dunlavey-Murphy.  "As I look at the organization and the rapid growth that they are experiencing I am excited about the opportunity to build a world class organization that has a strong culture that is deeply rooted in both personal and professional success."
