ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Darden Restaurants, Inc., (NYSE: DRI) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.63 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock.  The dividend is payable on November 1, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 10, 2017.
