Cyren Q3 Loss Narrows - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Cyren Ltd. (CYRN), a provider of cloud-based cybersecurity solutions, Tuesday said third-quarter net loss narrowed to $0.7 million or $0.02 per share from $0.9 million or $0.03 per share in the previous year.

Adjusted loss was $0.02 per share, while it was earnings of $0.01 per share last year.

Revenues slid to $7.73 million from $8.02 milion in the prior year. Non-GAAP revenues were $7.8 million, while it totaled $8.1 million in the third quarter of 2013.

The company expects fourth quarter revenues to be at similar levels as the third quarter, and full year 2014 revenue to be flat to slightly down from 2013.
