Crossroads: An Artia Solutions Conference to Reconvene in Nashville in June 2020
TALLAHASSEE, Fla., June 12, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Artia Solutions, LLC, a national consulting firm specializing in managing pharmaceutical access in the Medicaid marketplace, announced today it will host the second Crossroads: An Artia Solutions Conference at the JW Marriott in Nashville, Tenn., on June 8-10, 2020.
Crossroads will bring together Medicaid pharmacy administrators, drug manufacturers, Medicaid Managed Care representatives, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to find common ground and innovative solutions for issues related to Medicaid.

In 2020, the conference will focus on timely topics, such as:

Over the course of three days, Crossroads will incorporate an opening keynote, in-depth sessions and panel discussions, as well as a range of both structured and informal networking opportunities. This includes Speed Networking sessions for drug manufacturers to meet one-one-one with state Medicaid officials, Medicaid Managed Care representatives, specialty pharmacy, and more.
Attendees can also participate in an optional Medicaid 101 session on June 8 that will give an extensive overview of Medicaid history, requirements, and changes impacting Medicaid relative to reimbursement models and preferred drug lists.

Crossroads will provide Continuing Education credits for the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
In 2018, nearly 250 attendees gathered on November 7-9 for the inaugural conference.
Crossroads featured Mark McClellan, MD, PhD, Director, Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy, as keynote speaker, 28 speakers, 12 sessions, and three panel discussions. The sessions and panel discussions highlighted crucial Medicaid issues, including pharmaceutical trends, healthcare reform, federal and state regulations, and state concerns.
