Correction - Completion of the offering and registration of capital increase

With reference to announcement no. 11 of 2 April 2014, we shall make the following correction to the announcement no. 11 of 2 April 2014.

The temporary ISIN will be merged with the permanent ISIN (DK0060548386) in VP Securities A/S with effect from 8 April 2014.
