Core & Main To Acquire EGW Utilities

(RTTNews) - Core & Main Inc. (CNM), has agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets of EGW Utilities, Inc. (EGW), a distributor of quality products and services to underground utility contractors and municipalities, based in Texas.
