Corbelis Expands Key Personnel In Southwest Florida


ESTERO, Fla., Aug. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Massachusetts-based national developer Corbelis announces the addition of key personnel to its new Southwest Florida office in Estero, Florida. Dennis Church and Phyllis Britton have been added to the company, bringing many years of insight and expertise with them.

Dennis Church, a leader in the Southwest Florida development industry for the past 20 years, has been named Vice President of Community Development. Most recently, Church served as President of Community Development Advisors. His background combination of technical skills and professional expertise provides a unique perspective in the analysis, design, entitlement and infrastructure of a wide variety of projects.

Corbelis also named Phyllis Britton its new Director of Operations. With 12 years' experience with Bonita Bay Group and 7 years' experience with Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction Company, Britton brings an extensive background in both vertical and horizontal construction.

The Southwest Florida team's immediate focus is the development of Corbelis' new Fort Myers community, renamed Lindsford (formerly known as Waterford Landing). The first phase of the community is currently under development with initial lot deliveries expected in the fourth quarter of this year.
