Cookies By Design And Build-A-Bear Workshop Partner To Create Deliciously Huggable Gifts
PLANO, Texas, Jan. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cookies by Design, the original cookie bouquet company, has partnered with Build-A-Bear Workshop to launch huggable, lovable special occasion cookie gift baskets featuring teddy bears with Valentine's Day, Birthday, Get Well and New Baby themes.
The baskets are filled with delicious handmade, hand-decorated cookies that are completely customizable with messages or photos, along with adorably outfitted bears for each occasion. For example, Valentine's Bear (available year-round for that special someone) sports an "I Love You" shirt and is surrounded by cookie hearts, while Get Well Bear is dressed in scrubs and accompanied by an entire cookie medical staff.
"We wanted to offer premium custom gifts that are even more delightful and personalized, and Build-A-Bear brings a high-quality cuddly, keepsake element to our designs," said Cookies by Design CEO and President Jack Long. "We think this partnership provides a delicious new way to brighten someone's day and make any occasion more special and memorable."
The Build-A-Bear Cookie Baskets are available in two sizes with a choice of six or eight cookies. Each basket is made to order and can be hand-delivered the same day or within one or two days, depending on the level of customization. Last-minute gift givers can also take advantage of ready-made Build-A-Bear Cookie Baskets available at all Cookies by Design store locations with nationwide delivery.
"For the last 20 years, Build-A-Bear Workshop Guests have been making memories and sharing special moments with us in our stores," said Sharon Price John, president & CEO, Build-A-Bear Workshop. "Now, thanks to our partnership with Cookies by Design, gift givers can share their heart or mark a fun occasion with delicious cookies and the hug of a Build-A-Bear furry friend – delivered right to a loved one."
The new baskets are available to order beginning in January at all Cookies by Design locations and online at cookiesbydesign.com.
