Convergys Receives Product Differentiation Innovation Recognition From Frost & Sullivan for Its Infinys Billing Software

PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Frost & Sullivan's recent analysis of the world communication billing market selected Convergys Corporation as the recipient of the 2006 Award for Product Differentiation Innovation in the billing software market.

In 2005, Convergys's Infinys billing software product suite was the best available when its competitor, T-Systems, agreed to license Infinys from Convergys and operate the solution for Deutsche Telekom. This remarkable partnership between Convergys, a leading billing participant and T-Systems, its competitor and one of the largest system integrators in Europe, also Convergys' second largest potential customer in the global communications marketplace, is the highest form of product praise.
