Construction contract in Estonia (office building in Tallinn)

On 10 April 2018, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Fausto Capital OÜ entered into a contract for the construction of the first stage of an office building, located at Tartu mnt 80, Tallinn.

The contract value is approximately EUR 3.8 million, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in April 2018 and they are scheduled to be completed in July 2019.
