Constellium Q4 Net Loss Narrows, Revenues Rise; Confident Of Long-term Demand

(RTTNews) - Constellium N.V. (CSTM) reported Thursday that its fourth-quarter net loss was 20 million euros, sharply narrower than last year's loss of 429 million euros. The prior year results included significant asset impairment charges.

Revenue for the period increased 3 percent to 1.16 billion euros from 1.12 billion euros last year. Shipments increased 2 percent from last year to 344 thousand metric tons.

Looking ahead, the company said, "We remain confident in the long-term demand across our targeted end markets and in our ability to continue to grow Adjusted EBITDA in the high single digits annually over the next three years."
