Colliers Int'l Appoints Jay Hennick Chairman, CEO

(RTTNews) - Commercial real estate services provider Colliers International Group Inc (CIGI, CIG.TO) on Wednesday said it has appointed Jay Hennick as its chairman and chief executive officer, and Dylan Taylor as president and chief operating officer. The company said the appointments follow the resignation of current CEO Douglas Frye.

Hennick founded FirstService Corp (FSRV, FSV.TO), the former parent company of Colliers and served as its CEO until earlier this month when he led the separation of FirstService into two publicly traded companies.

Newly promoted to President and COO, Taylor previously held the role of chief operating officer, overseeing the global operations of Colliers.
