Club Méditerranée: Tender Offer - Calendar of Proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal

The pre-trial conference for the appeals filed by Charity & Investment Merger Arbitrage Fund ("CIAM") and the Association for the Defense of Minority Shareholders ("ADAM") seeking annulment of the decision by the French Market Authority (AMF) to clear the tender offer for Club Méditerranée (Paris:CU) by Gaillon Invest was held today.

After acknowledging that Club Méditerranée and Gaillon Invest had filed their respective statements of observations before the hearing, the Paris Court of Appeal scheduled a full hearing for February 27, 2014, after which the Court will deliver its judgment.

As it stated in its notice, the AMF announced on August 23, 2013 that it promised to defer the closing of the tender offer at least eight days after the Court judgment on the appeals for annulment is delivered.
