The Financial Planning Firm, headquartered in Freehold, NJ with offices in Caldwell, NJ and New York City, added two new Financial Advisors to their team. Chuck Rose, CIMA®, CFP® brings nearly 20 years of financial services experience to the firm, including 15 years at Asset Management firm Lord Abbett. Kaysi Gordon, CPA, CFP®, CDFA® also brings more than 20 years of financial services experience having spent the past 14 years as a member of one of the largest teams at UBS.

One of Clarus's core values has always been Community and the launch of the Compound Kindness initiative formalized the firm's commitment to supporting local non-profit organizations. In 2019, Compound Kindness supported CASA of Monmouth County, Head for the Cure, the Foundation for Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools, Breaking the Chain Through Education and Ramah Junior Academy. Compound Kindness is about more than just writing checks. There is an emphasis on service as well. Chuck Rose joined the Board of Trustees for the Essex County Chamber of Commerce and Bryan Koslow joined the Board of Trustees for the Foundation for Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools. Bryan was also sworn in as a Court Appointed Special Advocate working with children in Foster Care.

Another of the firm's core values, Lifelong Learning, was front and center in 2019. Kaysi Gordon earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst certification , Chuck Rose earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and Bryan Koslow passed the Series 24 exam and became a Supervising Principal.
