CIRCOR Appoints Rajeev Bhalla As CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - CIRCOR International, Inc. (CIR), a provider of valves and other highly engineered products for markets including oil & gas, power generation and aerospace, said that Rajeev Bhalla would join the firm as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on December 2, 2013. He succeeds Fred Burditt, who announced his planned retirement in August 2013.

Currently, Bhalla is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., an unit of United Technologies Corp. (UTX), where he is accountable for all of Sikorsky's global financial operations and its corporate strategy.

Bhalla became Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. in May 2012.
