Cintas Q3 Profit Up - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Cintas Corporation (CTAS) Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $84.60 million or $0.69 per share, up from $74.71 million or $0.60 per share in the same period last year.
On average, 15 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.69 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Revenues increased 5.1 percent to $1.13 billion from $1.08 billion last year. Analysts expected revenues of $1.13 billion.
Looking ahead to the fiscal 2014, the company currently projects earnings in the range of $2.75 to $2.79 per share, compared to its previous guidance range of $2.73 to $2.79 per share.
Revenues are currently projected in a range of $4.550 billion to $4.575 billion, compared to its prior estimate of $4.525 billion to $4.575 billion. Analysts currently expect the company to report full-year earnings of $2.77 per share on revenues of $4.57 billion.
