Cintas Promotes Treasurer Michael Hansen To CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Cintas Corp. (CTAS) announced the promotion of Michael Hansen to be the vice president and new chief financial officer of the company, effective immediately. Hansen will report directly to Cintas' CEO Scott Farmer, and will have responsibility for the company's financial operations. The appointment has been approved by Cintas' Board of Directors.

Hansen was most recently serving as vice president and treasurer since 2010, working closely with recently retired CFO William Gale.

Hansen joined Cintas' Finance Department in 1995 and has held numerous positions across the corporation including Operations General Manager and Corporate Controller. He joined Cintas after working at Ernst & Young and Rockwell International.
