Cinedigm Names Jeffrey Edell CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Cinedigm (CIDM), an independent content distributor in the U.S., Monday said it named Jeffrey Edell as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Before joining Cinedigm, Edell was Chief Executive of Edell Ventures, a company he founded in 2009 to invest in and provide strategic support to innovators in the social media and entertainment arenas. Prior to that, he led Inferno Entertainment, as its Chief Executive.

He had also served as the President of DIC Entertainment and on the boards of numerous public companies, including MySpace/Intermix Media, Soundelux Entertainment Group and IVC Industries, Inc.
