Century Communities Prices IPO At $23/Shr, Low End Of Expected Range

(RTTNews) - Century Communities Inc., a single-family homebuilder and land developer in Colorado, Texas, and Nevada, announced the pricing of initial public offering of 4.48 million shares of common stock at $23.00 per share, which is the low end of the expected range of $23.00 and $26.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on June 23, 2014

Out of which, 4 million shares will be sold by the company and 480 thousand shares will be sold by certain stockholders of the company.

The Greenwood Village, Colorado-based company shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 18, 2014 under the symbol "CCS."

The company, which was founded in 2002, has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 672 thousand shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

FBR, J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as book-runners of the offering. Zelman Partners LLC and Builder Advisor Group are acting as co-managers.
