Central Garden & Pet Q3 Earnings Climb 30%

(RTTNews) - Central Garden & Pet (CENTA) announced a profit for its third quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $24.52 million, or $0.48 per share. This was higher than $18.80 million, or $0.38 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 12.0% to $514.54 million. This was up from $459.45 million last year.
