Carter's Raises 2016 Adj. EPS Guidance

(RTTNews) - Carter's, Inc. (CRI) announced, for fiscal 2016, the company projects net sales will increase approximately 6% to 7% compared to fiscal 2015 and adjusted earnings per share will increase approximately 10% to 12% compared to adjusted earnings per share of $4.61 in fiscal 2015.

For the second quarter of fiscal 2016, the company projects net sales will increase approximately 3% to 4% compared to the second quarter of fiscal 2015 and adjusted earnings per share will decrease approximately 10% to 15% compared to adjusted earnings per share of $0.73 in the second quarter of fiscal 2015.

For the first half of fiscal 2016, the company projects net sales will increase approximately 4% to 5% compared to the first half of fiscal 2015 and adjusted earnings per share will be approximately comparable to adjusted earnings per share of $1.70 in the first half of fiscal 2015.
