Camden Property Trust Earnings Rise 3% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Camden Property Trust (CPT) announced a profit for its third quarter that climbed compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $82.84 million, or $1.14 per share. This was higher than $80.64 million, or $1.09 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.15 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 6.6% to $227.19 million. This was up from $213.10 million last year.
